Return & Exchange Policy

Accessory Exchanges - To qualify for an accessory exchange, a R.M.A. number must be secured within thirty (30) calendar days from date of original order.  Original items must be returned with all applicable pieces/components in good working order and with original packaging.  Customers are responsible for return shipping to Concept Connections and any applicable shipping fees for the requested exchange item(s).  Refunds and/or store credit are not available on any accessory purchase. All battery and headset sales are final and not eligible for exchange.

Accessory Warranty - Concept Connections will warranty all accessory items for thirty (30) calendar days from date of original order (not shipment date) against manufacturer defect with approved R.M.A. number.  Manufacturer defect does not include any damage or related problem deemed to be caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, theft, acts of god, and/or water damage.  Concept Connections is not the manufacturer of any accessory item therefore Concept Connections defers the qualification of a defective item to the manufacturer.  In the event an item being returned does not meet the manufacturer's qualification(s) it will be returned at the customer's expense.  Replacement items may be substituted at the sole discretion of Concept Connections for product(s) of equal to or greater value if the original item is no longer available.  Concept Connections replaces all items with brand-new products (no used or refurbished items will be sent).  After the Concept Connections warranty expires, most products are still warranted directly through the manufacturer.  Please contact the applicable manufacturer directly after the first thirty (30) calendar days from order.  Concept Connections does provide a full all inclusive lifetime warranty on "Industrial Strength" and "Platinum" brands only.  Replacement products will be shipped insured, at Concept Connections' expense via UPS Ground.  Expedited shipping is available for a nominal charge.

Accessory Exchange & Warranty Process - To make either an exchange or warranty claim please contact Concept Connections at 717-299-3822 and select option 4.  A customer service representative will either approve or deny your claim.  All approved claims will be issued a R.M.A. number.  It is the customer's responsibility to return all exchange or warranty items to Concept Connections with the R.M.A. number clearly displayed on the outside of the package.  R.M.A. numbers are valid for ten (10) calendar days from issue.  Failure to return the requested materials within ten (10) calendar days results in the cancellation of the R.M.A. and/or the reversal of any advanced credits on exchanged/replacement products.  Customers are responsible for any shipping charges for the return of non-compliant R.M.A. shipments.

Account Management - Concept Connections' account management services are not contract based.  However, thirty days written notice must be provided to cancel re-occurring account management services.  Notice must be sent via email to cancel@conceptconnections.net.  No other forms of cancellations will be honored.  Concept Connections does not pro-rate account management service billing.  Customers are billed one month in advance for all account management services.

Activation / Equipment Discount - Concept Connections may extend a service credit to customers who purchase qualified carrier hardware and service.  This credit is being extended to lower the cost of Carrier Hardware provided by Concept Connections.  The customer recognizes this credit is being offered as a subsidized loss and Concept Connections has the right to reverse said credit if the Carrier Service is not activated through Concept Connections directly and/or is canceled, suspended, transferred, or ported within 181 calendar days from date of activation without the equipment being returned to Concept Connections within 30 days in complete good working order.

Carrier Hardware - Wireless carriers determine their own exchange, return, and cancellation policy.  An item may not be returned or exchanged if it has been submitted for a manufacturer/carrier mail-in rebate. Only one exchange will be processed per wireless number within the allotted period. Hardware offered at special pricing or listed as no BRE will be subject to a $35 re-stocking fee. Any hardware not returned in like new full working condition will not be eligible for an exchange or full credit. Concept Connections is more than happy to assist customers in processing a claim but is strictly bound polices set forth by the applicable wireless carrier.

  • AT&T Wireless phones can be exchanged within the first 30 days only.  AT&T provides direct warranty replacement against manufacturer defect for one (1) year from date of activation.  Shipping charges may apply for warranty replacements.
  • ConceptConnect M2M Telemetry SIM cards may not be returned for credit.  All SIM card sales are final.
  • Sprint / Nextel phones can be exchanged within the first 30 days only.  All phones have a manufacturer 1 year warranty on defect only.  There may be a convenience charge assessed by a local service and repair location to process warranty claims.
  • T-Mobile phones can be exchanged within the first 14 days only.  T-Mobile provides direct warranty replacement against manufacturer defect for one (1) year from date of activation.  Shipping charges may apply for warranty replacements.
  • Verizon phones can be exchanged within the first 30 days only.  Verizon provides direct warranty replacement against manufacturer defect for one (1) year from date of activation.

Carrier Service - Wireless carrier service is contingent on a contractual term.  This term is between the customer and the applicable carrier, not Concept Connections.  Failure to complete the contracted term and/or a violation of the carrier's terms and conditions may result in an early termination fee assessed (per line) directly by the applicable carrier and reversal of any Activation / Equipment Discount provided by Concept Connections.  Concept Connections is not involved in the resolution of any early termination fees from the Carrier.

  • AT&T Wireless requires a two (2) year service agreement for all new activations and/or upgrades.  AT&T provides customers with a thirty (30) day risk free trial.  Airtime and activation fees are non-refundable.  AT&T charges a pro-rated early termination fee per line of service of $175.00.
  • ConceptConnect M2M Telemetry Service requires either a one (1) or two (2) year service agreement for any SIM activation.  Service may only be canceled with 20KB of data or less has been used on the SIM Card or 14 calendar days from date of order, whichever comes first.  Terminating early will result in a penalty equal to the total of the remaining months of contracted service.
  • FleetBoss requires a two (2) year service agreement for all new activations.  FleetBoss charges an early termination fee per line of service of $75.00 plus all remaining monthly service charges.
  • Sprint / Nextel Corp. requires either a one (1) or two (2) year service agreement for all new activations and/or upgrades.  Sprint / Nextel provide customers with a thirty (30) day risk free trial.  Airtime and activation fees are non-refundable.  Sprint / Nextel charges a pro-rated early termination fee per line of service of $200.00.
  • T-Mobile USA requires a two (2) year service agreement for all new activations and/or upgrades.  T-Mobile provides customers with a fourteen (14) day risk free trial.  Airtime and activation fees are non-refundable.  T-Mobile charges a pro-rated early termination fee per line of service of $200.00.
  • Vericom Technologies (GPS) requires a three (3) year service agreement for all new activations.  Terminating early will result in a penalty equal to the total of the remaining months of contracted service.  All Vericom Technologies (GPS) penalties will be assessed and collected by Concept Connections.
  • Verizon Wireless requires a two (2) year service agreement for all new activations and/or upgrades.  Verizon provides customers with a thirty (30) day risk free trial.  Airtime and activation fees are non-refundable.  Verizon charges a pro-rated early termination fee per line of service of $175.00.

For complete details, rules, terms and conditions please contact your applicable wireless carrier directly or visit their website.  All proposed savings are based on account level access charges and are not guaranteed.  Savings calculations are based on customer provided data.  User, monthly, and yearly costs do not include local, state, federal, and regulatory taxes and surcharges.  Concept Connections is not responsible for any interruptions, changes to features, services, or calling area as implemented by the applicable carrier.  Concept Connections will not assist customers in terminating any service, despite contract status, with any carrier.

Installation - Concept Connections will bill on behalf of local installers but does not complete installation services directly.  All installers are independent contractors with valid certification and insurance.  Concept Connections will not be held liable for any installations performed by a third party vendor / Independent Contractor.

GPS Hardware & Warranty - All GPS hardware sales are final.  No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted.  Concept Connections will assist customers in processing warranty claims directly with the applicable manufacturer.  All warranty claims will be accepted at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.  All GPS hardware is warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase against manufacturer defect only.  Please consult the applicable manufacturer directly for more details.

Payment Terms - Payment for all materials being purchased directly from Concept Connections is required, in full, at time of ordering.  Acceptable forms of payment are Bank Check, Company Check, MasterCard, Money Order, PayPal, Wire Transfer, and Visa.  All telemetry provided services must be paid via monthly bank draft or paid quarterly in advance to avoid convenience surcharges.  A returned item fee of $36.00 will be applied to all transactions that are refused or returned from the applicable financial institution.  For any account provided credit, payment via business check is due no later than fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of invoice.  A 18.00% APR (1.5% monthly) finance charge will be assessed to all overdue invoices with a minimum charge of $1.50 per month.  Invoices are provided in all shipments leaving the Concept Connections warehouse.  Customers whose invoice total $0.00 or are on automatic monthly debit will only receive an electronic invoice upon request.

Privacy Information - Concept Connections only collects the necessary customer information to access and support the account.  All customer information is kept confidential.  Concept Connections never sells or provides any other party a customer's personal information including purchasing records.

Professional Services - Terms, conditions, policies, procedures for professional service products are outlined in the customer's executed contract.

Rebate Processing - Concept Connections will process all manufacturer and/or carrier mail-in rebates for business customers with a valid tax ID when an applicable item/offer is purchased directly from Concept Connections.  By processing, Concept Connections will submit all information necessary as outlined with the rebate offer.  The manufacturer and/or carrier will pay the customer directly, not Concept Connections.  Concept Connections is not responsible for any invalid, rejected, or lost rebate claims.  Even if rebates are not paid by the manufacturer and/or carrier a customer's Concept Connections invoice remains valid and is still due in full in accordance with the payment terms indicated on the invoice.  Individual consumers are required to submit any and all rebates per the instructions provided at time of purchasing directly with the manufacturer and/or carrier.  

Repeaters - All repeater sales are final.  No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted.  Customers should contact the applicable manufacturer directly for warranty information and additional charges.  Concept Connections does not provide customer service or technical support on repeater products.

Sales Tax & Tax Exempt - Sales tax is assessed by Concept Connections for all orders being delivered to Pennsylvania.  Outside of Pennsylvania it is the customer's responsibility to remit any applicable taxes owed for purchases.  For tax exempt purchases a valid tax exempt certificate must be provided to Concept Connections before an order is placed.  Tax Exempt certificates may be faxed to 717-299-3824.

Shipping Policy - All products shipped from the Concept Connections' warehouse are shipped via UPS with guaranteed delivery within 2 business days.  Additional shipping options are available upon request.  Shipping charges may apply to certain orders.  Shipping charges assessed are non-refundable.  Please note Concept Connections does inflate shipping charges for customers who do not remit payment directly to Concept Connections and qualify for a back-end rebate.  This is required because the rebate is applied to the total invoice (including shipping fees). Deliveries made to a residential address will be assessed a $2.50 per order surcharge.

Software & Mobile Applications - All Software & Mobile Applications sales are final.  No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted.  Customers should contact the applicable vendor directly for warranty information and additional charges.

Support - Concept Connections' support department is fully staffed Monday-Friday 8:00am EST to 7:00pm EST.  After hours and holiday support menus are also available.  Support can be reached by dialing 1-888-7CONCEPT (1-888-726-6237) or customerservice@conceptconnections.net.  Concept Connections promises to never keep customers on hold more than two (2) minutes and respond to all messages / emails within one (1) business hour.  To address advanced technical issues, Concept Connections reserves the right to conference the customer directly with the applicable carrier or manufacturer.
